I’d be interested in helping out. I have experience with corporate governance and setting up transfer-restricted entities, though unfortunately not so much experience with setting up non-profits (though I have served on non-profit boards). That said, I can also think of a few ways you might be able to structure a successor that can’t exit like this, without having to deal with the headache of qualification and compliance as a non-profit. Interesting thought exercise.
