What failure modes, biases, or false negatives does this method suffer from?
- jedberg 4y agoI'm not saying this is a method, I'm saying this is reality. From my experience, this is how most hiring managers read resumes. It has many biases and false negatives. But the point is that you should know this going in and adapt accordingly.
