Curious..is DEI purely a western phenomenon? Are there many examples of DEI policies being implemented in non-Western countries?
- timellis-smith 4y agoSee the Employment equity act, BEE, BBBEE in South Africa
- lazyeye 4y agoInteresting....although arguably you could see how SA might be considered a special case due to its history.
- thefz 4y agoMore than Western, I'd say American. It is way more dim in the EU.
