Morality aside, an artist who entirely copies someone else's work would be looked down upon because they are not original or creating anything novel or new.
- pixl97 4y agoSo scribes were looked down upon in the middle ages for making copies of books before the printing press? I think in the tech industry we get caught up on 'novel' and 'new' because duplication is cheap to the point of almost free.
- CatWChainsaw 4y agoScribes were not authors. They were expected to copy. Bad faith.
