There's a lot of comments here saying what a great pivot that was. I wouldn't hold my breath on that one until there is more market traction. It's a very crowded space Grove are entering. Most non tech-savvy small businesses I know use Skype by default. I run a technology business and we use it as well. And the standard fallback is just plain old email. This sounds like a hard place to make money to me. However, I wish them luck.
