  Zuckerberg doesn't need any additional stock - he owns all the stock that matters already.

      Zuckerberg's shares are pretty special, compared to the others you mentioned. Zuck can do whatever he wants and remain in control. The others have to keep the board happy...

        None of the others will basically ever control enough shares to be able to have leverage over the board, so I'm not sure why that's relevant. Again, none of the above need any more stock.
