I’m very surprised UC Berkeley doesn’t own that domain name. They have a trademark on “Cal”, don’t know if they’d file a trademark complaint if this got larger.

- eadz 4y agoYou only have a trademarks in certain categories. That is how Apple computer and Apple the record label were able to co-exist, until Apple Computer started doing Music..
- marckhoury 4y agoAh good point, you’re right. This is probably legally fine.
- e-clinton 4y agoA trademark doesn’t automatically entitle you to the domain.
