I use komacv (see here: https://www.ctan.org/pkg/komacv https://www.ctan.org/pkg/komacv) it works fine and looks great, I had to reduce the margins to but a bit more content in there though. I'll maybe try to do my CV as a single HTML/CSS page in the future though.
