Congrats! Playing Cyberpunk 2077 on Linux using Wine + vkd3d-proton is almost magic. Also good to see Wine-Wayland getting closer to being merged.

- dlivingston 4y agoVery excited to have the same experience on Mac once MoltenVK's DirectX 12 layer is complete.
- shmerl 4y agoI don't know how performance will fare in vkd3d-proton going through two layers of translation. Apple still refuses to provide native Vulkan support, so there isn't much that can be done about it. Even on Linux there is some performance overhead comparatively to Windows, but at least it's acceptable.
