The solution that comes to mind is something like the PGP web of trust, except the web would consist of verified humans. This didn't work for PGP because people in general don't care about that. And I think people in general don't care if their content is AI-generated or not. It's not like all human-generated content on the web is tremendously accurate or well-written. Hell, maybe the AI will even be better. :)
