This guy gets it. Thank you for explaining better than I did. If someone wants to reveal their location, why wouldn't they include latitude as well? Location is a separate piece of information. If the idea is to give the reader an idea of where the sun was in the sky when the writer crafted the timestamp, isn't latitude also important?
