a wise mentor of mine once said, a Job can have Great Coworkers, Great Pay, or Satisfying tasks. You if you find a good job, it has one of them, a great job will have two, but the unicorn of all three is neigh impossible to find. Personally I hate my job, 10 years in tech support is not fun. But Recently I've started to work as CSM and I love it, it's new & exciting and I get to learn about business and strategy. I get to impact our customers before they make the mistakes that put them in contact with support. The pay is decent, the coworkers are great, and the job satisfaction is real. So I guess I found my Unicorn for now.
