You waver between the tone of a gonzo journalist, someone writing for the Atlantic trying to hit a word count and someone writing a complaint letter. You casually wander into a moment of racism, too, when your core issue is that bedside manners are not a requirement for working in healthcare. American healthcare on the whole is fucked. You can't buy great service for love or money. A huge number of people utilizing the system encounter abuse in some capacity. This is true beyond america as well. As you've observed, mental health is particularly junky. I'm frankly puzzled what you hope to achieve with this blog piece though.
