It's apparently something they don't want to tell us about, and are in a (relative to usual deprecation) hurry about. I bet a lot of sponsorship dollars will be lost when people do not update. I wonder if this will effect non-US donors especially. In general, I'm pretty sure paypal is accessible to more people than visa/mastercard.
