I remember doing this on Paint to rotate a image.
- qa-tari 4y agoThe biggest downside is that Paint squeezes the result of shearing into the original selection, losing pixels in the process. Neither resizing or shearing is antialiased either, only resizing the whole image applies a bilinear filter.
