Word is ChatGTP is going to start charging $42/month for advanced access to their service. Google currently makes about $6 per user for search. It seems like the revenue model for AI search is better suited as a monthly payment, no ads. So Google could charge, say $15/month, for AI Search, no ads, and still keep their regular search business. I wouldn't count Google out just yet, as much as I wish they would be disrupted. Search has become a joke
