In most jurisdictions to be an accountant, you need chartered (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA, CPA). These have a "fellow" level (FCA, FCCA), but the requirements are fairly minimal. IME few people become a fellow because it's just additional cost and not particularly valued.
