Who are Ukrainian citizens and the Ukraine blames Russia from the beginning. Nothing similar at all.

- drran 4y agoUkraine did not pay $15 million to relatives of victims of the crash, because court decided that the Ukrainian rocket did not hit the plane. Final decision was in 2013.
