What's the exit pay looking like btw? Hopefully people are getting at least 3 months?
- avidiax 4y agoU.S. is 16 weeks + tenure_years*2weeks, including accelerating stock vests. Rest of world is going to be in line with local laws. Not clear if that makes it better or worse than the U.S. package.
