Google vows to cooperate with India's antitrust authority after Android ruling
- zapdrive 4y agoGood for India. Wish other more powerful countries had balls to force Google and Apple to have alternative app stores. Also, would love to see a follow up ruling for iPhones as well!
- gglb 4y agoAgreed it's very satisfying to see a US tech giant getting slapped down by another country's legal system. So much for your attempts at software imperialism, capitalist pigs.
- gglb 4y agoThis is excellent news for software freedom. Well done India. Hopefully there will end up being a custom app store which hosts only open source apps, so users can extend the spirit of AOSP to all other code running in user space.
