Eh... Don't seem to be able to register if you're outside Germany, and you can't see price or complete purchase without registration (at least as far as I can tell - it's possible I'm missing something).
- heyalexej 4y agoImpossible to even create an account from within Germany as a consumer. This is what their registration form says: (Only for business people and companies - section 14 of the German Civil Code - with location in Germany - not for consumers)
