Speaking as someone who was stalked by a former acquaintance with mental illness: yeah, I realized the person didn't choose this, and I didn't judge them or wish harm on them. But they were also harassing friends and family members, and it got to the point where I had to send this person's photo/name/phone number to a number of people I cared about, and warn them to avoid any contact. I don't wish any harm on Bryan, but it sounds like the guy is a textbook stalker—unstable, obsessive, and potentially dangerous—so I absolutely understand why things have reached the point where others need to be warned about him.
