Which makes this is an impressive achievement! I believe it's the first level 3 system that you can purchase outright and not limited to specific cities.

Those are just for safety and for managing complexity for experiments. It’s like trying to ridicule someone in a yellow vest for having to mind safety. Just pathetic.
