I think the better question is if you look at pre-2020 mass hiring spree headcounts how many more layoffs approximately need to be done until we’re normalized? 1 mass 10k layoff at 5-7% of workforce: not terrible 1 mass 10k layoff every quarter for the next 4 quarters: probable or not?
