- Arnt 4y agoArizona uses 356l per inhabitant and day, Tucson 303l. I live in a rich-world city that uses about 130l per inhabitant and day, and it's not one known for rationing or anything like that. Arizona would seem to have some scope for improvement before it has to end any boom.
