It seems informal and a waste of my time. I'm reminded of the biographical wordarrheah at the head of recipes these days. I. Don't. Care. I'm too old and I don't have time for this.
- edgyquant 4y agoNot just recipes. Ad driven and SEO industries have made every thing you search for 90% irrelevant bs. I used to be able to search for a PHP function or howto and just see the code. Now to learn something in JS I have to scroll through 500-1000 words of bloat for 10 lines of code when I just want the name of a function or the common way of doing things. This sucks.

- kleer001 4y agoYou must be a blast at parties held by the professionally offended. Wrong scale of time. Comments take <2 minutes. Reading an article can take >10 minutes. Additionally, the complaining is less than 5% of my commenting time. I use it mainly to bolster opinions not already commended.
