I'm thankful for all the Western companies that exploited my labor from age 21 to 25 where I was paid a measly $100 per month or $5 / day.
Thanks to that experience, I now make 100x more.
If it were progressive liberals, sitting in their comfort home, trying to protect me, I would have been totally not exposed to the amazing opportunity this 'exploitative capitalistic company' gave me and literally changed my life and people around me forever.
Woke Mind Virus is real and a cancer to real progress
- Radim 4y agoSame here. My first job in the freshly ex-communist Czechia was for Otis, an American company that entered the local Czech market for cheap labour (cheap from their perspective). I got about $1 / hour from Otis and would have violently opposed anyone trying to "protect me" from that job. The idea that they should have paid me $10 / hour instead (or whatever "fair" number in line with US wages) is laughable. Such fabulously sweet job would have been immediately snatched up by my boss' boss, or someone from their family – I'd never even hear of it.
