You are of course entirely correct. Unilaterally quitting or refusing an offer isn’t going to achieve much. I do think a strike could be effective here though.

You are of course entirely correct. Unilaterally quitting or refusing an offer isn’t going to achieve much. I do think a strike could be effective here though. A company is in more of a bind when all / many of its workers refuse to work.
