One Argentinian I knew really wanted to BBQ a whole cow. Does need the ability to throw a big party!
- ankaAr 4y agoVery common on regional parties to do that, but the whole cow meat is not good for BBQ. Some meat is better for stews, other to bake or to cook in a pan. It is common to BBQ the whole ribs.
