New debate emerges over D.C.'s Height Act
- jfengel 4y agoDC already has very bad traffic and poor access to public transportation. Can it afford to have higher density? I know they want more income from more housing and more offices, but that also comes with costs. I don't have an answer to that one way or the other. But I often see this discussions phrased solely in terms of how many rooms exist, and that's only part of what's required to support a person living or working there.
