Where I live we already starting to feel the pressure on car owners (I'm not one) for over 5 years.
- ZeroGravitas 4y agoThat's about as coherent a problem as "Bill Gates injecting microchips in your arm via vaccines to control you via 5G". If Oxford really wanted to restrict your movement they wouldn't be making it easier to cycle.
