An idea I had was professional appraisal website Where one developer can evaluate the skills of another developer and how effective they would be working with them. Rather than leetcode tests you can review the technical skills of your peers. I want it to be richer than endorsement on LinkedIn but a proper evaluation of the achievements of a peer. If you don't use GitHub it might be a struggle but I would love to be evaluated by other developers.
