Capitalism is in free-fall as a result of its own successes pursuing perfect efficiency.
There will surely be disruption, but I think its silly to assume humans can't overcome it. We always have.
- Sohcahtoa82 4y agoI'm a bit more cynical. From what I see, the people who are most affected by the problems of capitalism are also those most likely to think their vote doesn't matter and stay home. It would take violent revolution, and I don't think we'll ever see violent revolution in the USA. The media controls the narrative.
- detrites 4y agoThe media has controlled the narrative, but it's also in free-fall - victim of its own excesses - as people move to alternatives. I don't believe we'll see violent revolution either, but I do believe we'll see real change, as there's no other way out.
