Because of how utterly worthless a question it is. “Why aren’t there any pringles references in Star Wars?” It’s fiction, the author does what they want, and it doesn’t matter beyond supporting the story. It’s not like Orwell was after a “hard world-build”. You get that, right? He was trying to express opinions on the danger of allowing too much power to be centralized with one entity.
