This post suggests that your English communications skills could use some work. That might have something to do with your difficulties.
EDIT to add some hopefully helpful information:
> I may have 2 years of experience in the Cloud
That statement makes no sense. Either you have 2 years of experience or you don't.
I think if you make that statement to a potential employer it will raise a huge red flag.
There were some other unclear and/or non-idiomatic things in your post but that is the biggest issue.
I suspect what you meant was something like: "Though I have 2 years of experience in the Cloud ..." but that's not at all how it came across to me initially.
- kodols 4y agoYes, I do know about my lack of English communications skills. That's one of the reasons why I want to work is the USA. As I work in a non-english company, with non-english speakers, it's not favorable to improve my English skills. If that raises a huge red flag, then it's sad. It's the same as "you don't have enough experience for this junior position". From my perpective, the best way to learn or improve a new language is to practice it in a country where it's the official language.

That's true but you have to achieve a certain level of proficiency before you start looking for a job that requires you to speak another language. I don't know where you are located but it's likely you can find many ways to practice and improve your English. There must be online communities for people pursuing that goal, since I know there are for other languages.
