Are cows at sea the future of farming?
- mytailorisrich 4y agoThat feels like green-washing. The Dutch farm example, while it possibly reduces transport of milk also, I suspect, requires that all the cows' food and their excrements must be transported in and out on pretty much a daily basis. Then, there's still the issue of packaging. Overall, and perhaps cynically, that seems to be a way to position your product as premium and high-end in order to charge a large and profitable premium over 'normal' milk.
