I swear tech people have such a loathing for middle managers that it's no longer even funny. My unpopular opinion is that we're more likely to replace half of us programmers than managers, and that's because management is 90% about human understanding, and that's the one thing AI sucks at, and will probably suck at for a long time to come. > Also AI would have certain advantages such as honesty, fairness and integrity.
