  Howdy, author here, and yes, I'm yak shaving. My vision wasn't to just build a single game, but to build a "Roblox for online board games". I've been in the beginning phases of building the runtime and getting the editor to work when I realized that it is going to take much longer to do at the quality that I want. Worse yet, my own credibility of building beyond the infrastructure is shaky, and I could already see the mistakes pile up which means that fight is going to take much longer.
