We apologize for any delay and inconvenience" That's what Bank of America says on the mobile app. I sent a couple of Zelle payments on Jan 15 and Jan 17. They payment I sent on Jan 15 is missing on my side. EDIT: an hour later, BofA fixed my Zelle Jan 15 transaction.
