How about Japan? Once you get a job the visa process is simple (provided you have a college degree). There are more and more jobs that don't require Japanese language skills. Housing is affordable. Crime is extremely low. The salaries aren't as high as America but they've been in the up in recent years
- sawirricardo 4y agoI recently heard that in terms of Software, Japan is not as interesting as America or Canada (or EU?). I'm still considering, so which japanese companies do you think worth paying attention to?
- GoldenMonkey 4y agoIs this really worthwhile? Software salaries are low and not valued. There is no path to citizenship. Japanese is a hard language to learn and the culture is insular. Foreigners will never belong.
- laurieg 4y ago"There is no path to citizenship." This is not true. It is possible to become a permanent resident or to become a Japanese citizen (for citizenship you must give up any other citizenships)
