This seems to directly contradict what we're being told elsewhere:
* Skipping meals is bad -- but elsewhere we're told intermittent fasting is good
* Less than 3 meals a day is bad -- but elsewhere we're told a couple of 'proper' meals is better than snacking throughout the day.
I do a fast day once a week and only have two meals a day; my breakfast and my dinner and I don't snack in between. Most current thinking suggests that's a beneficial system. According to this study, I'm doing it completely wrong.
