- gymbeaux 4y agoAn EMG/NCS isn't necessarily going to bear fruit. Studies and anecdotal evidence both support the idea that nerve conduction tests do not rule out nerve impingement in a particular area. TOS in particular can be tricky to "truly" diagnose through diagnostic imaging.
