I worked four 8 hour days a week for 17 years. I feel that the quality of my life living a 4 day work week was greatly improved over that living a standard 5 day 8 hour week. If circumstances required it, working extra hours or days was not a problem. My work didn't suffer. I did award-winning work and was widely respected by the 40 hour bunch.
