My router has a latency of 1ms. Why doesn't the controller send input to the PC like a regular controller, which can then send it to the cloud? That would add 2ms of latency.
- AceJohnny2 4y agoWhy deal with some unknown middlebox, and all the support problems therein, when they can send straight to the cloud it's meant to go anyhow?
- hackmiester 4y agoTo avoid adding 2ms of latency.
- sangnoir 4y agoWhat's the probability that some random 3-y.o. smart TV's BT stack would add much more latency? Stadia didn't only work on PCs
