Or we could just eat traditional vegetarian dishes, which are superior from the perspective of health, water/land use, and - in my humble opinion - flavor.
- jakewins 4y agoThere are a lot of things like this, where the logically optimal solution meets social norm reality. Many have or will switch to vegetarian diets! But for many, having an option to continue cooking a variant of pepperoni pizza or a burger will allow much less friction in the transition.
