- vsskanth 4y agoThis is already standard. Many companies have 3 year 401k vest, RSU grants released at regular intervals on top of non-disclosure agreements. The good thing is now the decision to move is monetary and has a symmetric cost/benefit to the employer and employee and not under some hazy litigation threat.
