What the Jan. 6 probe found out about social media, but didn’t report
- h2odragon 4y ago> failed to heed their own employees’ warnings about violent rhetoric on their platforms and bent their rules to avoid penalizing conservatives, particularly then-president Trump, out of fear of reprisals. Sounds like they're reporting on a different universe than the one where the "Twitter Files" reports are coming from. perhaps its a typo. s/avoid/enable/
- CommitSyn 4y agoI suppose they're not mutually exclusive, if the department that reviewed the legal requests from the Twitter Files was told to vet the requests involving prominent politicians and the like extra carefully.
