These fake/spam sellers are clogging up everything. Amazon could easily combat this, maybe not 100%, but 1-2 quality well trained human moderators (nothing outsourced, only focused on this single job, no other support roles) would probably be enough to signicantly improve the situation. I am going to make the claim that I could clean up a product category by myself in a few hours.
