What you're experiencing may be legitimate, I'm certainly not informed enough to say it's not, but it definitely comes across as unusual / off-topic and might make people uncomfortable. There is no doubt tons of abhorrent behavior by police departments across the country and untold amounts of government corruption, no disagreement there. I'd encourage you to seek medical care if you're in physical pain - whether it's DNA damage or something that just feels the same, it's probably best to have it treated quickly.
