- ultrarunner 4y agoResponding to it is. I'm hungry all the time, and I eat all the time, and I weigh the same as I did in high school. I also run 70 miles a week. This is not a recommendation to anyone (although I sincerely enjoy it). There are a million ways to respond to a million variables. Some of those responses are hard.
